I really enjoyed spending time at Matias' house, the room is as big as in the photos, fully equipped kitchen, everything super organized. For the price and the good times I had there, I have nothing but praise!

O apartamento tem um espaço muito bom, e o quarto é enorme, com ótima iluminação e bem ventilado, além disso o quarto possui um guarda roupa de bom tamanho, uma cômoda e uma estante. Além disso há um bom ar condicionado que nos dias frios tbm pode ser usado como aquecedor. Os espaços compartilhados contém todos os itens básicos necessários além de sempre estarem organizados e limpos. A localização é ótima, mercado, ponto de ônibus, restaurantes e academia próximos e apenas 20min andando para absolutamente qualquer lugar (Slima, centro de St Julian's etc), além de seguro, o que me permitia ir e voltar a pé não importando o horário. Sobre os flatmates: Matias e Luïc (e outro Airbnb, Mattia): extremamente incríveis, foram um verdadeiro presente pra mim durante meus dias em Malta. Sempre solícitos e atentos às quaisquer necessidades, além de muito comunicativos, me fizeram sentir segura e à vontade desde o 1° dia. Formamos uma linda amizade, com toda certeza.

Matias is a great host, attentive, respectful and always available to help with any questions and indicate the best route for your stay. The room and the kitchen are well equipped, great shower, excellent washing machine.He responded to messages immediately and always sent reference links with distances to answer my questions so I could learn the region in advance. There is a gym, pharmacy and supermarket just a few minutes walk away. The location of the apartment is very privileged. I like to walk so to EC English school, it only takes me 16 - 17 minutes. It takes about 18-20 minutes to Sliema beach, and in a few seconds you are at the bus stop that takes you to all points on the island. I hope to return and I definitely recommend Matias!

Mateus was always curtious and accommodating, made it fun for all the guest's at the time. Knowledgeable of area and surroundings and gave good tips, on places to go & how to use ATM'S. Enjoyed the guitars on the wall, also.
