Negativ: - kleine Ameisen in Küche und Essbereich schon bei Ankunft - klebrige Flecken in Küche und Badezimmer - erheblicher Baulärm aus dem Haus jeden Tag in der Woche ab 9 Uhr morgens (Gastgeber hat sich darauf zurückgezogen, dass sie es nicht gewusst hätte - findet sich aber weiterhin nicht in der Beschreibung) - Aufzug ist in den Schlafzimmern laut zu hören - an lauter Straße und Schule gelegen - Aufzug geht nur bis in den 7. Stock (Apartment im 8. Stock) - Parkhaus sehr eng - Zigarettengeruch im Hauptschlafzimmer Positiv: - coole Gegend - tolle Terrasse, einmal um das ganze Gebäude rum - schöner Blick auf Malaga - Wohnung groß und schön eingerichtet - Supermarkt (Mercadona) und Bushaltestelle direkt nebenan

Phenomenal stay! We were a group of six staying for a long weekend. Located in a well-connected area with the ability to easily (and cheaply!) bus into Malaga. A quick 5 minute walk gets you down to the beautiful Playas del Palo. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and stocked with all the necessary kitchen utensils. Free from clutter with ample cupboard space! Would highly recommend this apartment for any length of stay. We really hope to visit again!

The best location for families with children. Beach with water sports and bike rentals 2 min to walk on the beach. Many different beaches are in reach. Quiet and cosy neighbourhood in El Palo and Pedregalejo. We got the bonbon card for the local bus (only 40 cents per person per ride) and went 10 min on the bus to Malaga busy city centre every second day. The penthouse is the whole rooftop of the building, so it is really huge both inside, and the outdoor terrace goes all around. Amazing views and immaculate standard of apartment! And really nice local neighbourhood with churros cafe's all around. We will deffinetly book this place again.
