Our family of five stayed at David's house this winter for three months. It was a beautiful house in a great location. Gated neighborhood, close proximity to the lake with a stream going through the backyard. We took advantage of the private community ski hill and got a season pass. We were able to ski over 30 times this year!!! It was a great place to teach our four year olds how to ski. The house has an air hockey table and arcade game with lots of games on it for kids. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Thank you David.

David was an excellent host. He provided a lot of information and suggested many activities nearby. He was also very quick answering my questions, and the house instructions were clear and easy. The house was very clean and in a great location, with a forest and a river in the backyard! We were able to use the fire pit (there was plenty of wood to use). The game room at the bottom floor was great, specially with kids. We really enjoyed our time there and hope we can visit again in the future!

David was wonderful. Great communication. Wonderful house in a gated community. We took advantage of the amenities available to us. The main beach and pool were lovely. Rented paddle boats. Enjoyed the food at the Clubhouse and the Beach Grille as well as some other local places that he recommended. We had a fabulous getaway. Would definitely stay again if we plan to visit Poconos again. Thank you!!
