O apartamento é bem localizado, perto de Monterosso e pertinho de um restaurante muito bom. O apartamento não está conservado como nas fotos. O banheiro realmente não tem condições, você não consegue se mexer no pequeno espaço. O anfitrião não foi comunicativo, nada maleável e para tudo há uma taxa extra. O check-in é totalmente impessoal, mal explicado e dificultoso. Ficamos sem jantar porque nossa viagem atrasou e para não pagar mais 30 euros não pudemos parar para comer… mas ninguém estava a nossa espera só os 30euros. Não vi no anúncio que a piscina estaria fechada! Salvo engano, o anúncio menciona três quartos, mas só tem dois. Mal tinha sacos de lixo e condições de limpeza no caso de imprevistos. Ah não tinha televisão também! O apartamento serviu como base para passear em Cinque Terre mas não recomento para estadias de vários dias.

the location is great with beautiful surroundings. monterosso is at 15 min by car! toilets and shower are too small and appartment lack some equipments and a sofa to be cosy.

We spent 5 days there with our to young kids and we had a good time there. The place is a good spot to visit the region and enjoy the pool after a day of visit. The pool is definitely a strong plus with kids (note that you will need to have caps to enjoy it). It is 15min away by car from Monterosso (note that you may need to combine both car plus train to visit each 5Terre village if you do not want to drive to each village). There is also no close grocery store so you need to be prepared in advance for your stay. The flat itself was ok but not extra comfortable/well equiped but we did not spent a lot of time in the flat.
