Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Seperate entrance to the room from the large patio and yard. Plenty of parking and privacy from the mature tree canopy and fence surrounding the half acre lot. The room includes a jack and jill style bathroom with brand new tile. The furniture is all handcrafted EA Clore and comes with a serta cooling memory foam matress with eucalyptis comforter. Two full closets in the room and a linen closet in the bathroom.

JP is a great host. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The room is clean, the house is in a nice neighborhood, if I had any issues he was easy to talk to, and understanding about anything. I definitely recommend staying here. 10/10

Very comfortable bed and room. There is plenty of closet space if staying a while. We liked that there were nightstands on both sides of the bed. The shower was also good. If you forgot any bathroom items, shampoo, hair dryer, etc...he had a supply in bathroom closet.

Walking distance to stony creek park, offering amenities such as a full disc golf course, dog park, volleyball and wooded walking trails. Very Quiet neighborhood, most of my direct neighbors are retired.
