El apartamento se encuentra en una zona privilegiada de la ciudad de Lima, en miraflores, una zona muy segura a unos pasos del parque principal de la zona y de centros comerciales como lo es Larcomar, Jose siempre pendiente de todo y sus recomendaciones sobre el area fueron muy acertadas y nos sirvieron de mucho, el apartamento es recomendado para familias pequeñas de hasta 5 personas, es comodo y muy bonito, espero poder regresar pronto

Leoncio’s place checked all the boxes! José Luis was gracious and extremely prompt to answer questions and coordinate taxi service to the airport. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, and was highly functional. We cooked a few meals and kitchen worked perfectly. All the appliances were easy and efficient. Internet was seamless. The place felt safe and was so close to many convenient places: coffee, grocery, restaurants. Really loved this gem in the middle of Miraflores!

Leo Nico Adrián and José Luis were amazing hosts! The were accommodating when our flights were delayed and always helpful. The apartment was beautiful and the neighborhood was walkable with many options for food and activities. I would absolutely recommend and stay here again if I have the opportunity. Thank you!

We could not have asked for a better stay in the neighborhood of Miraflores in Lima than the one provided to us by Leoncio. The Airbnb was spacious, clean, safe, secure, and located next to a convenience store. It is definitely one of the best decorated and furnished Airbnbs that I have ever stayed at. It truly made us feel at home away from home. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it to others without hesitation, especially given how responsive the hosts are with our questions.
