This appartment is clean and suitable for me, and close to beach only 8 minutes by fert, Concierge Mr Lotfi is a nice man, i hope i can book this appartment next summer,

Anouar is a great host that care about his guests well being. We ended up shortening our stay for various reasons and Anouar was such a graceful host and gave a full refund for days not spent there and contacted Airbnb and took care of everything.

First of all, I want to make it clear that I don't usually give bad ratings, and I'm not very picky when it comes to staying abroad, but I want to give an honest feedback so that travellers know what to expect, and try to help them as much as possible with my personal experience so that they can make a choice they won't regret. Starting wit the host, he was kind and responsive through Airbnb. I didn't meet him (it seemed that he lived abroad), instead I met the concierge, who is also nice. My first disappointment was when we discovered the flat, it has one bedroom with a double bed, a corridor with a kitchen, and a living room with an L-shaped sofa. The advertisement was describing a 4-persons flat, but it definitely isn't. The sofa isn't at all made for sleeping on it, and nothing was prepared to host more tan two people. When I asked Lotfi, the handyman where I should sleep, he was a bit surprised and said that he might find some bedsheets to put them on the sofa, which was way too short for me, so sleeping-wise, it wasn't the best experience. Talking about inaccurate information, the beach was described as 10 minutes walk, but it truely is 20 minutes away. When it comes to cleanliness, it quite dusty everywhere, we had to clean the whole flat again. On top of that, we found a huge cockroad in the bedroom after few minutes of entering the flat. Also, the whole neighborhoud smells really awaful, I have no idea why, it seems like some sewers broke or something. And the cherry on top, the neighbors: One night I was sleeping at around 2pm, I heard a lot of shouting and noise outside, then someone started banging the door, it was the concierge asking me to move the car because the neighbor wants his spot free. Nothing was ever mentioned about that before, we specifically asked on the first day whether we can park anywhere in the street and he said yes. I was literally "deeply" sleeping, and there was a bunch of pissed guys waiting for me downstairs, talking shit and almost starting to beat the ... out of me. Best experience ever!
