Gina's listing lived up to our high expectations. The view is fantastic and the house is as advertised. It was private and peaceful which worked well for our family with younger children. It was easy to get to both Cardiff and Encinitas for restaurants / shopping but this area is fairly peaceful without a lot of traffic on the road immediately in front. The train was not an issue and was actually entertaining for the kids. Overall a great stay.

What a beautiful spot! Waking up in the morning to the ocean view sunrise and relaxing on the deck at sunset was amazing. Great location for easy access to any town in north county San Diego. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you need and beds are very comfortable with spotless linen. All around one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in.

There is no place in the world quite like Encinitas; especially when you can spend you’re days overlooking one of the truly historic surf areas that includes Pipes and Swamis. Gina was a wonderful host, the location was excellent, and walkable (or a short drive) to all types of wonderful food and activities that North County has to offer. The house itself is both modern and laid back; surrounded by nods to the world of surfing, but never hesitating yo make you feel right at home. It was a tremendous visit, a stunning location, a beautiful home, and everything you’d want in a place to call home for a bit.
