Carolina was a fabulous concierge! Fantastic communicator from the day we booked. Arranged our transportation and 3 day trips. Great suggestions! Alex the chef was an awesome chef! Every single meal was delicious! Very accommodating to our requests! Tomas and Jesus kept the house and grounds pristine! The house is gorgeous and the lay out of the house is perfect for 8 people. Loved big baths w lots of open storage for clothes , suitcases and toiletries. The beach furniture so comfy and our beach front was so private. Everything about the house and staff was top notch. We were extremely pleased!! Cannot say enough how wonderful the week was!!

The place is great and PEACEFUL! Book it! We were 5 adults and an infant and had a great time. Rooms-beds firm-4 private w cool ensuite baths. Separate controlled AC in each room. The Tulum strip is about a 30 min drive away. Tulum airport 75 min. Rent a car-driving isn't difficult (but rental counters are-1 hr wait pickup/return). A few boutique hotels nearby, and we felt very safe-an oasis. The 3 staff (onsite 8-8) were great. Esau (chef) is so accommodating (veg/meat eaters w food allergies). 3 meals a day were gastro masterpieces. We really wanted authentic mex cuisine-but he can do it all. We had a celebration night and he did balloon tower, homemade cake and homemade pasta. Loved everything all week. You give them ^$150 US/day on arrival for food. We didn't spend it all. Compared to price on strip for 1 light dinner we went to ($350 US) its a bargain. You are expected to tip the 3 house help at the end (^$40 cash US/day/rm)-so prepare for that. You'll love it all-we did!

We'd consider staying here again, but with caveats: Foodies should be cautious of meal quality & billing for groceries. The house is pretty & clean & staff nice. 1st half of trip, we had to endure a cook who provided low-quality buffet-style meals, relying heavily on prepared foods like BettyCrocker CakeMix& store bought plastic bottle salad dressing for example.The food was not delicious especially since host profile states "owned & operated by...a whole lot of foodies.” Management switched to great Chef Esau mid trip . Were surprised by host request few months after booking cash food deposit UPON ARRIVAL contrary to the listing's policy stating“billing for ingredients at the END OF the stay”. Despite host assurance we could obtain grocery receipts at anytime, 1st cook failed to provide them after several asks. Later we discovered 2 receipts from 3 & 4 days before our 1st night arrival from the 1st cook .Receipts included prime rib that we did not eat, requested&never saw in fridge

Villa Blanca was everything it was described as and so much more. From the great communication with our concierge Carolina before & after we arrived, to the absolutely lovely and talented chef Esau, and to Jesus and Tomas who kept the villa and yard pristine. In searching for accommodations near Tulum this house stood out with its serene design and 5-star reviews. As a group of five older women traveling alone we didn't want to be in the noisy hotel zone and after visiting that area, we were very grateful for our safe and peaceful sanctuary. The food was beyond delicious. Esau obviously has a passion for cooking and we loved he shared his family recipes with us. We were constantly asking him what was in all his delicious sauces as they were out of this world. And on top of being a talented chef he is a gem of a person. Thank you to Private Villas Mexico for doing a fabulous job to make our vacation more than we would have ever expected. A 10/10 vacation for the books!

Each step of the way was easy and comfortable. Quick replies to communication and recommendations were appreciated. The house itself was wonderful and met or exceeded all expectations. The staff were all friendly and efficient, especially the chefs. All the meals were delicious! The house had everything we needed and was an idyllic home base for a restful vacation. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
