place is really good. unfortunately there was some electricity issue so AC could not be switched on and later as it gets cold even in summer season on night time it was needed. Though place is beautiful and boating and dam water is just walking distance. Its worth every penny. they do arrange meals but while ordering give clear instructions and ask about charges to care taker beforehand. place is really beautiful in late night and early morning as its road touch property there's bit disturbance due to moving traffic. Garden area and trees give close to nature feeling all the time. Thanks a lot Satyajit.

The property is quite large with a lot of trees, greenery and a sprawling lawn. The owners have maintained it well. Being right next to the main road the location is easy to find but can be noisy during evenings due to the constant traffic movement and honking, especially on weekends. By late evening the traffic clears out and the place becomes quiet and serene. Few areas of opportunity would be, having cleaner linens and providing a better/larger AC unit for the main cottage as afternoons could get very uncomfortable inside.

The property is very conveniently located - felt like I was in a remote area but Zomato delivered pizzas from the city too. The last 500m to reach the place is a rough patch - some cars might struggle. Especially in monsoons, be sure to have the right tires and avoid checking in post sundown. The lawn is great, the rooms are good too. The caretaker is available on premises - be sure to lock the door between the kitchen and the main bedroom for privacy, as sometimes he might need access to the kitchen to clean up your used utensils, etc - and he usually comes in directly through the backdoor. Overall, a pretty chill place for a one-night getaway from Pune. Pawna Lake and the adjacent fort are not that far if anyone's interested.

The location of the property is good, overlooking the dam. Very close to boating. Food arrangements by the caretaker were good. The place was clean, easy to find. We had a peaceful stay.

The place was AMAZING. It felt like home and an escape from the world all-in-one. It was peaceful when we wanted and if we wanted to play songs, there was no complaints or hindrances. Perfect weekend getaway and the property is extremely spacious and the amenities provided were way more than adequate to keep us occupied. We thank Mr. Satyajit for this unique and once in a lifetime experience. EXTREMELY WORTH IT.
