Great place to stay if you are looking for a lovely setting in the middle of Hanoi!

The room was located inside an alley, which was fine. But it smelt of drainage and it is so much smaller than the pictures provided! The pictures were clearly taken with wide angle. Also, the air conditioning wasn’t working at all and being in the room felt hotter than being outside as it was very stuffy as well. We actually didn’t stay the night, but left the room at 9pm the day we checked in as it was too uncomfortable and we didn’t want to risk sleeping on the bed.

Chat Homestay was very cozy, easy to check-in and very responsive host. The place is also near at the landmark in hanoi such us hanoi train street and hoan kiem lake. It surrounded by many restaurants.
