We returned to picturesque Tayport and the beautiful Dolphin Cottage for our second visit and again we were not disappointed. This gorgeous flat is in a stunning location and is quite perfect inside. The peaceful village of Tayport is very understated and relaxing with a very charming and pretty harbour where you can sit and enjoy lovely views across the Tay. There are so many little extras that makes your stay special, including the thoughtful and generous welcome basket. Richard is a most helpful and accommodating host, communication was first class and he could not do enough to help. The rooms are beautifully presented and the beds are so comfortable with plenty of storage space. The shower is powerful and very warm too. We were quite sorry to leave! We cannot recommend Richard and his beautiful home highly enough.

We came to stay at Dolphin Cottage for a long weekend and absolutely loved it! When we arrived there was a beautiful basket with some very thoughtful provisions in it including coffee, bread, crisps and some really nice chocolate biscuits. It was such a lovely touch. Our host, Richard, was extremely helpful, very easy to get in touch with and very quick to reply to our messages. The cottage itself was beautifully laid out and included some very nice pictures and artwork. The little table and chairs were perfectly positioned to give a fantastic view of the Tay and the harbour. In fact all of the views were quite stunning. Our beds were so comfortable and both bedrooms were very tastefully presented. We cannot recommend this little cottage highly enough.

Loved our visit to Tayport and stay in Dolphin Cottage. Great harbour apartment with amazing sunrise views and sea spec from nearly every window. Easy access for costal walks to the forest and beach walks. My dog loved it too! Richard was on it and ready with any questions, great communication and swift responses, going out of his way to offer us any support. We'd love to visit again.
