This home was more than we could have hoped for! It was clean, neighborhood was peaceful and plenty of room for us all! We were close to the major highways(which made it a breeze getting to Va Tech for family weekend)! Kensie, Michael and Mitch were very responsive either by phone or email. I highly recommend this air bnb, you won't regret it!

We had a wonderful time - perfect for graduation. We really appreciated the extra touch of keurig coffee, tea, fruit, extra toiletries…plenty of utensils, cups, pots, and pans. Owners did their best to renovate the basement just in time to have a spare bed downstairs. We had the home all to ourselves. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Plenty of room out back for parking!

The place was great. Clean. Neighborhood felt safe. Certainly had the little extra snacks/toiletries that the other reviews mentioned. Very close and convenient to everything. One detail that may be important to other guests is that this is the hosts' residence. We were surprised to find the hosts' food in the fridge and no available storage in the closets/dressers. The storage issue may be rectified once the renovations downstairs have been completed. Additionally, the house was advertised as a 3 BR yet the 3rd BR door was locked. Fortunately, we did not need the 3rd BR and never asked the host to unlock it. In the end, the hosts do seem wonderful and would certainly recommend others to stay!

This was a great place to stay. The location was perfect - easy commute to VA Tech. Kensie provided detailed instructions from check-in to checkout. The snacks and toiletries were a nice added perk! We would definitely stay here again.
