We had a lovely stay at this location. The hosts were very friendly and communicative with us. This Airbnb is amazing and provided everything we needed for our trip.

We had another enjoyable stay in the flat. Phillip is a wonderful host and has provided a flat with everything you could possibly need. We especially appreciate sitting on the patio and enjoying the lovely spring mornings/evenings in the tree lined, quiet neighborhood. Having the Metro and bus line a block away always makes getting around so easy. The kitchen is lovely but why cook when there are so many great international restaurants just around the corner. We come to DC a couple of times a year to see our daughter and look forward to the comfort and ease of staying at the Woodley Park flat. Thank you Philip, Jim and of course Sadie.

We had a great time staying here. Stayed 8 days. Would definitely return. Location is great - just few minutes walk to metro station to get into DC, but decent restaurants within walking distance. Apartment is a basement flat. Separate bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. All very well equipped, that made staying there very easy. Really was like staying in someone’s home, but without them! Made for a lovely stay in DC. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Philip was a great host - very helpful and communicative. The only thing to be aware of is entrance is down a handful of winding stairs. Not a problem for us, but if you had limited mobility, I’d check first before booking. You might find getting up and down the steps a bit tricky.

Nice one-level, one-bedroom flat in a walkable/bikeable location very close to the Metro. Location was perfect for us between the Smithsonian Zoo and National Mall area, while being close enough to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. This was our first family of four trip without renting a vehicle. This location is ideal for anyone wanting to avoid the hassle/price of driving with all the other transit options available. The host was friendly and very responsive at all stages of the process. The place itself met our needs and felt at home on a relatively quiet residential street, a block from Connecticut Ave. Highly recommend for solo, couples, and small families looking to stay in northwest D.C.

The apartment is roomy and has many amenities including a full kitchen and laundry. Very comfortable. It is an excellent location, very close to the Woodley Park-Adams Morgan Zoo red line metro. There are a number of restaurants in the area for dine-in or take-out, as well as a CVS and a small grocery store. It is located in a safe and walkable neighborhood. The hosts were available if anything was needed.
