The home has three large upstairs bedrooms with four comfortable beds (optional 5th bed if requested). Two full baths upstairs & and a half bathroom downstairs with a total of three toliets, two showers, & two bathtubs (deep jetted soaker tub & large walk-in shower in master bathroom). Master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking river. Upstairs also has a dedicated work space & brand new oversized washer & dryer in the laundry room. Downstairs, there is a gas fire place and there are two large living rooms with separate TVs & a well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook, including a gas cook top & top of the line appliances. The large dining table accommodates six people, but there is an additional four person table in the living room. Outside has a large hot tub, two fire pits, a gazebo, two small ponds, amazing four tired deck with glass front view of the river, two outdoor dining areas, outdoor furniture, hammock, trampoline, two playgrounds, & a sand box.
