The hosts provided clear instructions so it was easy to check in. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. I do agree with other guests that the entrance is a bit sketchy but once you’re inside the apartment, everything is fine. I spent a nice weekend with my family. The apartment is spacious with a very nice living roomview of the busy downtown street.

The description of this apartment before booking was exactly what it was in person. I LOVED the feel of the apartment - the view of the downtown area the 14ft (I think) ceilings, the exposed brick, ample seating, modern sofa, minimalist feel while also cozy. It was very clean. The temperature was great inside the apartment- it was freezing at night in the town. I was worried we would be cold but the heat worked great and we were very comfortable. My husband and 2 boys said this was their fave place so far that we’ve stayed in Olean. I also love the central location it’s close to everything including a great restaurant below it. Definitely staying here again.

The stairway and hallways going to the unit were sketchy and had me questioning the place. But once I opened the door, it was completely better and as shown in pictures.
