Many shops, restaurants, and the beach at a walking distance. As it is very central, it can be a bit loud during day and night. It wasn't very clean, unfortunately, and the kitchen utensils should be changed. The apartment is big, there's a smart tv and it's fresh as well. Erkand was very attentive and replied super fast always.

Absolutely amazing, Erkand made our stay almost luxorious. He helped us with all the questions we had and always answered in like 10 minutes! Very good hosting, thank you! And the place was super. Close to the beach, the main center and good restaurants. A very good breakfast recommendation: Taushani ( the best avocado toast and cheap prices! )

Had a good stay, Internet was fast, bed comfy. The location is close to the beach and the city so very easy to get around and Erkland was charming.

This is a great apartment right in the heart of Lungomare. The apartment is cosy and clean. Erkand is very responsive and helpful. I will certainly stay again :)

This is a great apartment. It’s a cool one bed with balcony near the water and a stones through to the city too. Comfy bed and fully equipped kitchen. The host Erkand is friendly and communicates really well. There wasn’t a kettle in the kitchen and Erkand went a got a new one straight away. Highly recommended this place.
