The check in was very easy and the receptionist was very nice and attentive. However, the room has an old smell, with no heat even though it was cold and breakfast was served in a bag. For almost $200 per night, it’s definitely too high a price.

The property is an older strip motor hotel that has been updated/renovated and still seems to be a work in progress. The check-in process was smooth and the clerk friendly. The room was very clean and had the basic essentials you typically expect, i.e., bed, TV, microwave, small fridge, suitcase stand, ironing board, etc. The bed linen and pillows were in good condition and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was decent size with full tub/shower, and toilet. Leaky faucet in the bathroom sink, more of an annoyance than a problem. The rest of the plumbing worked and hot water was adequate. The clerk provided a “breakfast” bag at check-in for use the next morning, their answer to a continental breakfast. The HVAC consisted of a window A/C unit with a heat pump and it worked (at least the A/C portion did). The room is quite expensive for what you get and the age of the building but local supply and demand generally dictates price and Delhi is off the beaten path.
