The Condo is extremely cozy with nice seating outside on the balcony as well as the covered awning by the boat dock. The inside was clean and very well kept with clean linens. Easy drive to the marina or short boat ride down the canal. Vickie gave us great instructions and had a list of different guides and food options around. Nice place and even better host!

We had a terrific stay! Well stocked house, especially kitchen! Outdoor spaces are great as well as indoors. My son and husband enjoyed fishing and catching crabs right off the back dock. Owners were very helpful with local recommendations. This is an A+ rental!

A truly great place to stay with built in amenities available to use. We especially enjoyed setting out the crab traps to catch our own crabs right off the dock. The owners allowed access to the downstairs lockable storage shed so we would not have to haul our fishing gear up and down the stairs. The private boat launch on the property makes picking up on check out day super convenient saving time for other tasks. The launch easily handled my dual axle 23 foot boat trailer. There are security cameras downstairs facing the public outside areas for your protection. I thought that was a nice touch and I left the downstairs amber anti-bug lights on at night to aid the cameras. My wife and I felt safe and enjoyed our stay very much. We are looking at our calendar to see when we can visit again.
