secure, spacious, quiet and a good location. Sudam is a great host. There is a supermarket withing 10-15 mins walking distance . There is a Sensal (sells bakery products/rice/curry) again within 10 mins walking. Very close to the Malabe town for all your day-to-day needs/restaurants/food etc.

I am a Sri Lankan American Real Estate professional living in Los Angeles. The owner surprised me by providing all the personal grooming items on my arrival(soap, toothpaste, shampoo, toilet rolls, pen, notebooks, razors, and many more). This place was great. However, the owner accesses the unit in my absence several times. I inform him to notify me if he does so as it violates privacy. (He did notify me after) . I left 2 days prior. Informed the owner my assistant who stayed with me will pick up my personal belongings and leave the unit in broom-swept condition on the same day or the next day. (I had paid for those 2 days as well) Despite the above notice, all my personal belongings were gone by the same day evening when my people went in to get my belongings. My people had to request/Demand those. Yet they were not given the opportunity to see where the owner put my stuff. Despite the above, the owner was extremely helpful and super nice.

This is the place what we were exactly looking for. Actually it was beyond our expectations. Place: 👍Ground floor of the building is a car park with roller gates. You’ll be getting a remote key for the gate so you can go out and come in at any time without bothering anyone. 👍Place is calm and protects your privacy, also child friendly. 👍Bedrooms were spacious. Office desk & table was really useful during my stay. 👍Bathrooms were clean & dry. Hot water works well with good pressure. 👍Air conditioner & fans worked well. 👍kitchen is fully equipped, we only had to bring cooking essentials. 👍Grocery shops, restaurants etc. available in walking distance. 👍Uber services are available. Host: Our host Mr. Sudam is a friendly, flexible and humble person who’s always available to help and warmly welcomed us. For Guests: - Don’t miss the sunset view from the rooftop. - Save electricity & water. Overall everything was great and as described in the listing. I highly recommend this place.
