The host is very responsive and will cater to your needs. The place is Cozy, Peaceful and has a good view of Taal. However, we would like to share below what can be improved in the future: 1. If you just want to relax, I’ll rate the place as 5/5 but will not recommend the place for WFH Setup. The lights are very dim and wifi connection is erratic. 2. We encountered a little problem in comfort room at 2nd level. The water of flush is too slow to be refilled. 3. The CCTV in the rooftop is very noisy. Not setup properly. 4. During our checkout, The assistant was looking for an extra plate even though we put it back and washed it properly. We would advice to do a count of utensils/furnitures before accepting guests. 5. The checkout time is 11AM but the caretaker is already asking to check/inspect the rooms at 10AM. 6. The front door has a faulty lock. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the place and we may consider booking it again. Thank you!

This is an honest review that I have communicated with the host prior sharing this feedback :) Gigi is a responsive host. house has a great taal view. caretakes are responsive too & always there to assist us. only concern that we've encountered is there is no gate, kuya mentioned that back door lock was destroyed by other guests. we just feel na place is not that safe. to add, flush in the 2nd floor bedroom is not functioning too 2nd, appliances in the kitchenette are not working - water dispenser, heater, rice cooker) and even the lights, we had to use our cellphone flashlights in order for us to cook dinner 3rd, house has 4 floors and bathrooms are inside each bedroom. not elderly friendly Lastly, place is not that conducive for WFH peeps. wifi and signal is very weak. you can't even play a video Overall, I'd still recommend this place. very peaceful and cold at night (bring jackets. it's too windy - which we really like) Thanks for letting us extend for an hour, Gigi! 🩶

The location was nice. You can see the Taal volcano from the comfort of the place. It was also clean and cozy. Although, the place needs A LOT of maintenance. The electricity went out on the rooftop while we were there on our first night. Power outlet in the kitchen not working. We couldn’t use the rice cooker and microwave during our entire stay. The caretaker put an extension cord into the kitchen instead. The bathroom sink was leaking from one of the bedrooms. The leak was so bad it the bathroom floor. The caretaker cleaned the floor and put a bucket under the leaking sink. It was a hassle for us because we had to keep in mind of the bucket. We had to pour it in the toilet once filled. There was also a leak from the ceiling of the living room. I also noticed that the lock from the front door isn’t really working after fully inspecting it. Overall, if the owner gets the issues fixed, the location is perfect for a large group of people that want their own nice and private space.

The place is great! beautiful location, beautiful view! The caretakers are very nice and helpful. However, there were several issues with the place which should have been addressed prior to our stay. You have a wonderful home and i hope you maintain it better.

We stayed at Cleevehills for 3 days with my fam. And for 3 days, we had no water supply in our rooms and no heater in this cold weather. My fam was really stressed about it but we had no choice and just bear with it. I just hope that the owner will ensure that everything is okay before they rented out the place.
