Such a spacious and lovely place. Just moments away from the beach, and a short walk to a plethora of restaurants. A few things to bring before arriving . Mosquito spray, sunblock, hairdryer, drinking water, and water to brush teeth. All things can be found at your local pharmacy just a 3-5 minute walk. Respectfully you are responsible for the electricity you use during your stay. So please remember to take before and after pictures of the meter . Each room has separate AC units and fans. Sufficient warm chemically treated water for showering . Parking on site . Small T.V and good Wi-Fi in Living Room extremely poor in the bedrooms 30 min drive from airport and Mall. We would recommend this unit for a relaxing time at the beach with friends and family.

This was absolutely THE WORST EXPERIENCE of my entire life!! Firstly let’s say the host is absolutely the most rude and insensitive human I have ever come across. I use airbnb very often and this was horrific! A literal nightmare I don’t wish on anyone! We get there and the second night we go out for the evening come back and our place was upside down! We GOT ROBBED for all our things all our cash clothes purses shoes ETC! We call Pinpar to come help us and he comes and actually was so insensitive and didn’t even care, he kept saying there’s nothing we can do and none of the cameras worked! We believe him and the security had something to do with the whole situation but we have no proof so we can only assume! we come to realize after that none of the balcony doors and windows actually lock so THIS IS A BIG violation of negligence!!! I hope no one ever decides to stay here as IT IS SO UNSAFE AND THEY DONT CARE IF anything happens to you!

amazing place to stay, I have stayed here many times before and I love to location, the property, the spacious apartment the beach access and the pool. I will stay here every time I come to Punta Cana

Es un lugar precioso!… privado y lindo!, prácticamente en la playa, cerca a todo!… restaurantes, rumba, market, etc. Lo único por mejorar es el olor a humedad… se nota que la casa dentro no se remodela en bastante tiempo. Vale totalmente la pena!
