A rural family house nestled in 3 acres of grounds, perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a peaceful country getaway close to Winchester, London and other places of interest. The local pub is in walking distance, and shops and restaurants are within a short drive. With a large open plan kitchen-diner, two living rooms, games room with pool table, children's play equipment, and BBQ, this is an ideal summer holiday destination. The Grange Festival, open June-July, is only 2 miles away. Within the 3 acres of gardens and woodland there is a patio area with outdoor seating, play equipment and swings for young children, and a BBQ. There is ample space for parking 4+ cars at the top of the driveway. Inside, the house offers plenty of places to kick back and relax in... Downstairs ❀ Rustle up a three course dinner in the large, fully kitted out open plan kitchen - the perfect entertaining space. We spent the summer in Northington and had the most lovely time. The garden is a huge selling point and our kids had a fantastic time playing outside. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 with large living areas and plenty of beds. Elle was super helpful and lovely and sent us lots of recommendations. The house is quite tricky to find, but worth it once you get there and very accessible to Winchester (15 mins) and London (50mins). We wouldn't hesitate to go back again.
It’s a beautiful house, however the house was not clean at all. Bed Covers had stains, there was dust in every room and there was rubbish from previous guest in the drawers. The plates nor the cutlery were not clean. It was such a shame because it is a lovely house, but it seems like it wasn’t looked after at all. It was a nice location but difficult to find.
Absolutely beautiful and luxurious house with fantastic views. Had a wonderful two-nights stay there and enjoyed immensely. Great communication with Grace. She’s really nice and understanding. Loved the personal touches like the welcome note and platter, WhatsApp audio message. Highly recommend!
It was a fantastic stay. We really enjoyed the garden & the pool table. The house was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was really well equipped and the goodies left for us was a nice touch! Communication was excellent and Grace was really thoughtful. I would definitely recommend!
A wonderful house in a stunning location. It's very spacious and beautifully decorated with luxurious bedrooms and a really well-stocked kitchen. Communication from Grace the agent was clear and friendly. Absolutely no complaints!

Northington lies in an exceptionally attractive position on the western edge of the Candover valley surrounded by some of Hampshire’s finest rolling countryside. The Georgian town of Alresford is approximately 5.3 miles away to the south and provides everyday shopping facilities along with various boutiques, specialist shops and an art gallery.
Winchester lies 8 miles south-west, and Basingstoke 13 miles to the north. Both provide a more extensive range of facilities. Micheldever Train Station is 5 miles away with a direct rail link to London Waterloo. The nearby villages of East Stratton and Northington have thriving communities and benefit from excellent country pubs (The Woolpack Inn in Northington is a 15 minute walk from the house).

Hello and welcome to our home! We moved out of London 2 years ago to raise our two young children and fell in love with Northington and the surrounding area. The house is situated in such a beautiful part of the world, surrounded by fields, and we are so excited to be able to share it with you. We wish you a relaxing rural retreat in our home!
