Place was clean, tidy and described well. Elizabeth is very communicative and responsive. The place is very close to La Flotte with great walks, market place, shops and restaurants. Couple of small things to note with the place/ location. Firstly it’s on one of the main roads into La Flotte so can be a little noisy with traffic and bikes riding over a loose man hole cover. Secondly the car park entrance is very steep and my car (standard bmw 5 series saloon) scraped the bottom at the top of the ramp and the front at the bottom both on entry and exit. The other thing to note is the spaces are extremely small and tight. Overall we had a great stay.

Great location, close to La Flotte. If you're into cyclying, I'd highly recommend getting some bikes and exploring the island. Everyone cycles. Great cycle pathways. The accommodation itself was satisfactory. Upstairs there is a lovely shower with sink/mirror. Downstairs is where the only toilet is located; no sink. Found this setup unusual. Be prepared that this is quite small accommodation i.e. narrow, but manageable for two adults and two small children. If you have preteens or teenagers it's a bit more challenging. At the back there is a walled off decked area. A nice little sun trap. There is a small patch of plants that could do with a little more love. We watered them a lot and were rewarded with some lovely purple flowers during our stay. The common pool is a good size and a nice place to hang out and soak up the sun and enjoy a dip too. La Flotte has lots of markets - morning and evening. We were there during Bastille Day - Were treated to a fantastic free fireworks display!
