Property was well presented and clean. Host was very responsive when issues occurred. However there are a few points to note. Listing states it’s suitable for 4/5 people - we were 2 adults and a baby and found it just about suitable- it would be very cramped with 4/5 adults. The “first living room” is very small and right off the street and very noisy. The two kitchens together were well equipped but neither was itself full equipped which was frustrating when trying to cook (eg kettle in downstairs kitchen but not upstairs). The roof on top floor was low which was a problem for my 6ft husband. Parking on the street was difficult as it’s a very busy narrow street with lots of cars. This also meant street noise was a problem- especially when staying there with a baby. Property probably best suited to young couples that can parallel park and don’t mind street noise.

In questa casa ci si sente subito a casa. A dicembre, il parcheggio gratuito direttamente davanti alla casa non è stato un problema. La casa ha tutto ciò che serve per la vita quotidiana. La cucina all'ultimo piano è perfetta - se siete alti meno di 1,85 metri 😉 ! Il soggiorno, la camera da letto e i bagni sono perfetti. Siete proprio nel centro di Noto e tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. Poiché le notti in Sicilia possono essere fredde a dicembre, siamo riusciti a mantenere la casa bella calda con l'aria condizionata. La terrazza non prende troppo sole in questo periodo dell'anno, ma a volte siamo riusciti a stare fuori in maglietta e a godere di temperature fino a 22°. Via Giovanni Aurispa è una strada molto trafficata a Noto, ma questo non ci ha dato fastidio - ad eccezione di un tombino che si era staccato proprio davanti alla casa - quasi tutti i veicoli ci passavano sopra e questo era un rumore un po' sgradevole. Michela è stata la nostra persona di riferimento. Grazie, Michela!
