This townhome is spacious and serene. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, dining areas, cozy living room, and patio with forest view. There are trails, including one that starts in the backyard. Swim & catch some rays at the community pool. (Pool closes Sept 17th for the season). Charming & hip downtown Carrboro is a 5 min drive away, with loads of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants! Also conveniently located near UNC, the free bus - N line, & just 30 min from RDU. Master bedroom with queen bed and private, full bathroom. 2nd bedroom with full bed. Full bath in upstairs hallway. Half bath on the main floor. The couch in the living room has a twin mattress and is the 3rd bed.

Rachels place is perfect for a stay in Chapel Hill and is relaxing with plenty of bathrooms and living space! Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking.

We had a great stay at Rachel’s. We were able to easily walk the trails to the UNC campus and city area. Was easy to find and very clean. Clear instructions and responsive host!

Woodsy town homes tucked away in a quiet spot, and UNC and Carrboro
You'll have 2 parking spots, in front of the house you can use. There's a nice walking trail by the creek, if you follow the street, behind the home, it turns into a long gravel drive, and soon you'll reach a bridge. Cross the bridge and turn left to walk along the creek. You'll come to a playground and volley ball courts and can continue on this path for an hour or more!
