บ้านพักกว้างมาก เหมาะกับการมาสังสรรค์ แต่จานชามช้อนส้อมไม่ได้อยู่ในareaที่ทำอาหาร พื้นที่นั่งห้องรับแขกน้อย และไม่มีแอร์ บันไดค่อนข้างอันตรายสำหรับผู้สูงอายุหรือเด็ก พื้นที่บ้านหลายจุดขาดการmaintenance ถ้ามีการดูแลรักษาดีๆและปรับปรุงเฟอร์นิเจอร์บางจุดก็จะดีขึ้นค่ะ โดยรวมคิดว่าราคาสูงไปสำหรับราคาหมื่นกว่า

1. House is not cleaned well. There were used cigarettes in the garden and dirty cups with dirty water on the rooftop (Seems like the last guests used them). 2. No hot water in the master bedroom after using hot water from other room. 3. Big music noise from the near house until 1~2am. 4. Can’t recognize which one is shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. No names written on each bottle. 5. Sudden electricity outrage. No electricity, no water. We couldn’t shower before when we check out. House owner responded very fast for the booking. So we could handle our trip easily. But I dont think this house deserves almost 18,000 THB for only 1 night.

Pros: Responsive host and maids, peaceful and spacious. Very nice common area. Cons: The third bedroom is essentially a hallway with no aircon. Master bedroom's aircon couldn't cope with day-time heat. Water heater didn't work in all but one bathroom (after the maid came and tried to fix). Only one of two fridges worked. A few doors and plugs didn't work properly. BBQ costs 500 baht extra and despite being listed as included amenities, BBQ skewers, salt, pepper and cooking oil weren't available. Overall a really nice house in a good location and the host and maids seemed like really nice people. I just think the host needs to maintain it better and perhaps only accept up to ~8 guests.

Pro: The house is very beautiful; the host is very responsive Con: The aircon didn't work in one of the bedrooms; no aircon in the living room; water heater not working in all but one bathroom; roof is very loud in the morning with birds walking creating noise. We hope the host will fix some of the maintenance aspect of things because we really love the house and the vibe.
