I can not say enough good things about our stay here. I loved everything about it. So much so that I immediately booked a week in the summer. The guest house is perfect- well appointed, comfortable, and absolutely lovely. The grounds are beautiful, and we loved walking around enjoying the nature and the animals. It was truly like being somewhere that was right out of the pages of a book or a scene in a movie. Joseph and Marine were impeccable hosts and made us feel so welcome- bringing us pastries every morning and spending time chatting with us when we would run into them outside. They even got my 3 year old daughter a little gift when we were leaving. They made us feel so welcome, at home and like family. I am truly looking forward to seeing them again. Location was great- just a 5 or 6 minute drive to the picturesque village of Eygalière, and 15-20 minutes from St Remy. We can’t wait to return!

Wir haben zu dritt bei Joseph und Helene Ende Oktober eine so schöne Zeit verbracht, dass wir direkt nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen. Joseph hat uns nicht nur herzlich empfangen, sondern für uns auch gleich nochmal den großen Pool aktiviert. Wir konnten an den warmen Tagen also baden und an den kühleren gemütlich den Kamin einheizen. Alles Essentielle, wie Wasser, Olivenöl etc. wartete auf uns aber auch Wein und Bier waren schon gekühlt, Granatäpfel aus dem eigenen Garten (?) lagen im gut gefüllten Obstkorb bei unserer Ankunft. Wie soll man sich da nicht gleich wohl fühlen. Die meisten Tage ist unsere Tochter unter Pauls Anweisung auf der bezaubernden Safra geritten, gleich nach dem Frühstück mit frischen Croissants, die immer wie von Zauberhand morgens vor der Tür lagen. Helene machte einen Ausritt möglich und war überhaupt genau wie Joseph eine fantastische und warmherzige Gastgeberin. Alles in allem ein perfekter Ort, zu entspannen und die Schönheit der Provence zu erkunden.

Travelling solo from far away, it was a truly wonderful experience to be so warmly welcomed into their beautiful home by Joseph and Hélène - and Steffi ! I could write so much more, but suffice to say I will never ever forget the amazing time I had. Certainly the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. It was so hard to leave. Joseph and Hélène were my Airbnb hosts when I arrived .....by the time I left they were dear friends. Merci, mille fois, Joseph and Hélène. Bisous à Steffi. À bientôt!

La propriété est magnifique, le logement confortable et très bien équipé. Nous avons beaucoup aimé profiter de la piscine dans un décor verdoyant et rempli d’arbres fruitiers. Les animaux ont aussi beaucoup plu à notre petit garçon et la compagnie de la douce Steffie était toujours appréciée. Joseph et Hélène ont été des hôtes impeccables. Tout au long du séjour, nous avons eu plein de petites attentions qui ont fait de notre séjour un moment mémorable. Merci encore à vous deux pour tout ! Nous reviendrions sans aucune hésitation. This place is truly a slice of heaven. Our family spent a week here and we were sad we had to leave. The house was very clean and spacious, the yard is incredible and Joseph and Helene are the loveliest hosts. Our son had magical times wandering in the vast yard, playing with Steffi the dog and looking at the chickens, horses and donkeys. The nearby village Eygalieres is cute as a button. We are already plotting our return.
