Newly-renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo/home in the popular, laid-back Cannonborough/ Elliotborough neighborhood. Ideal for a group of friends or families. Close to great restaurants & historical sights. 5 minute walk from King St 20 minutes from Charleston Int'l Airport 20 minutes from local beaches Permit Number: 02576 Suite C is the perfect retreat to experience downtown living in one of the most desired neighborhoods in the Holy City. Located on a quiet residential street right off of Spring St, you can walk to many of the best local restaurants and bars, shopping, MUSC, and College of Charleston. As you walk in the prominent entry, you'll notice this two story townhouse style unit has been professionally designed and furnished by a highly acclaimed local interior designer. Modern colors and patterns mixed with historic charm gives this unit a luxury yet homey feel. The original structure dates back to 1852 so you'll get to experience historic Charleston mixed with modern luxuries while residing only a few blocks away from the iconic King Street. Tall grand ceilings & windows flood the living room with natural light from all directions. The modern & spacious living room is the perfect place to sit and relax while watching the Smart TV or eating a lovely dinner in the dining area. The couch pulls out to a comfortable King size bed, perfect for hosting overnight guests! There's a large stylish half bathroom downstairs right off the living room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances & new fixtures and is ready for any home cooked meals you want to enjoy during your stay in Charleston! As you walk up the stairs, you'll find a washer & dryer and an amazing full bathroom. The first elegant bedroom is filled with natural light from all the windows, and features a King size bed and desk area if you need to work from home. Upstairs, you'll also find another stylish bedroom with a King size bed. Both bedrooms have luxury linens & closets with plenty of storage. Were looking forward to hosting you in the most fantastic city in the country! One off street parking space is included and is located in the driveway out front. Please only park in the labeled spot.

We stayed at StayDuvet for 3 nights. The place is extremely clean and in a wonderful location. I would give this 5 stars but we ran into a few hiccups with our stay. While showering, the fire alarm went off and caused the fire department to come. To be fair, my wife had showered before me but there still was not any visible steam. StayDuvet said they never heard of that before so maybe it was a glitch or some hardware needs to be replaced. We found the beds/pillows to be rather uncomfortable especially with the lack of fluffiness/support in the pillows. Lastly, StayDuvet sold us on their relationship with The Wonderer. We were told it would be complementary(Free) to use their services during our stay. We were also told the pool at The Wonderer is heated. As we arrived, Saturday had a $30/person charge to access The Wonderer and the gym was completely closed for some type of event and the pool was not heated. For how much we paid per night, we could have had a better experience.

Great location for our family of four to stay for spring break in Charleston. Walkable to downtown and lots of cute restaurants and shops nearby. Hosts were very responsive. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay with StayDuvet. This was my second time on a StayDuvet property, and each time they are very responsive hosts. This was my first time at this particular unit, and it did not disappoint. The bedrooms were spacious with large beds that were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms were large. The living area was comfortable and provided a communal space for us to gather. There was one off street parking space, which I appreciated given the normal parking conditions in Charleston. Parking is suitable for smaller vehicles. Because this particular unit was further back from the street, there was less traffic noise at night. The most important thing to note is that the hosts are responsive and proactive. I called on the morning of check in, having noticed that I should have called with 24 hours notice to request linens for the pull out sofa. Someone answered immediately; they were very kind and got us extra clean linens by the evening.
