The accommodation (Casita 2) and overall facility didn’t meet our expectations at all and also didn’t match the pictures that are published on their website. The resort absolutely needs maintenance and better cleaning staff. The pool was dirty and the personell couldn’t help us to close the window. That’s why mosquitoes kept flying in and disturbed our goodnight sleep. The restaurant offered menu’s that couldn’t be served because ingredients were out of stock. We booked ourselves in for two nights but after seeing the accommodation we decided to have an early check out, as we didn’t feel comfortable due to the lack of cleanliness.
