This listing includes one bedroom of this cabin with a king bed, a sofa in the living room and a roll up mat. You also have completely PRIVATE access to the full kitchen, living room with 65" smart TV and private patio with hot tub and charcoal BBQ. While the driveway will be shared with other units, the space you are renting is PRIVATE for you and some rooms will be locked up. We provide starter coffee and tea for your stay. Pet Rules: *Pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time *Pets are charged a $20 per pet per night fee, plus a refundable $150 pet deposit after booking. * Any damage from your pet will be at the cost of the guest from pet deposit amount. *Guest must pick up all pet waste and must not leave pet to roam the house unsupervised. A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, stains or damage to furniture.*Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas (i.e. the driveway) at all times *Pet deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure as long as all pet rules are followed and damages are not found. *Pet deposit is forfeit if any pet rules are not followed
