I’ve had a nice stay! Lexi was welcoming and happy to help with anything. Also when communicating via chat, she responded very quickly:) Even if the location seems less lively in terms of restaurants and shops, the city is only a 15min walk away. Kercem is perfect for those who like to be in a quiet area surrounded by nature!

I really enjoyed my stay at Lexi’s place. It’s in a small village called Kercem just outside Victoria, though easily walkable to the main city centre (~15+ min). The surrounding area is peaceful and really beautiful, and it was so nice being in the countryside! Though I didn’t get to meet Lexi, she was amazing communicating all the key info + providing recommendations :-) The only thing worth noting for future guests is that the walk between Victoria and the Airbnb at night can be tricky if you’re unfamiliar (the direct route g maps recommends has a section which is completely unlit, so bring a torch!), and that this direct route could also be tricky for anybody with luggage or limited mobility as there are steep hills and rocky paths (though there is a longer detour that seems friendlier). Nonetheless, the place was exactly as described and I would definitely stay again, thanks so much Lexi!

Minha estadia na casa de Lexi foi excelente. O quarto é exatamente como anunciado - ou talvez ainda melhor do que as fotos : a qualidade da cama me surpreendeu positivamente. A casa é decorada com muito gosto, e o quarto está equipado com tudo que um hóspede pode precisar, por um período mais curto ou longo: de torradeira à uma cafeteira french press. Lexi é uma anfitriã atenciosa e ao mesmo tempo zelosa com a privacidade. Fiquei ali cinco dias e consegui relaxar bastante na volta de meu trabalho em Victoria -- era exatamente o que precisava. Voltaria à reservar, sem hesitar. Obrigado, Lexi.

I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Gozo. Lexi is a great host, the place was very comfortable and had everything we needed, and the surrounding areas and the valley are beautiful. We had a great time at Lexi’s place.
