I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The details matched what was described on the website, and the owner was incredibly communicative and easy to reach. The place was comfortable and made for a great overall experience. I appreciated the accuracy and the excellent communication. Would highly recommend.

Margarita is amazing. Very friendly and cooperative. Her descriptions are very easy to follow since there are a lot of photos. She welcomed her guests with different teas. Nice touch! There is as indoor pool with Sauna and steam room to use. SPA closed on Monday. Inexpensive massage options available. I loved the sunrise and sunsets visible from the bed. There are may restaurants in the shopping mal. The Metro to old town Istanbul is a 7 Min walk and costs TL 80 (one way in cash). Trains run very 10 Min. Very convenient. I also went to Kartal town, very authentic. Lot of shops and delicious food options. The outdoor pool was closed in October.

The place is located right beside the mall. Margarita is really helpful and she is a wonderful host.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt leider nicht sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war deutlich besser ausgestattet beschrieben als sie war. Der Trockner fehlte ganz. Der Außenpool darf nicht genutzt werden, da die Unterkunft nach Aussage der Vermieterin offiziell nicht vermietet werden darf und man als Bewohner dort nicht angegeben wird. Das hat uns ein unwohles Gefühl vermittelt. Die Schlüsselübergabe fand heimlich in der Tiefgarage statt. Entsprechend ist auch das Fitnessstudio nicht nutzbar. Der Innenpool war erst durch einen weiten Marsch durch die Tiefgarage (inkl. Badekappenpflicht) erreichbar. Um die Unterkunft herum fußläufig zu erreichen befindet sich lediglich die ISTMarina Einkaufspassage. Ansonsten ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen. Die Unterkunft war zudem sehr dreckig. Es lag getragene Kleidung von dem Vormieter im Schrank sowie Essensreste im Kühlschrank. Auf der Arbeitsplatte wurde eine schimmelige Zitrone zurück gelassen. Insgesamt war alles sehr staubig und nicht geputzt.
