Home is not as advertised. I would not recommend this location until Sebastian spends some considerable time replacing blinds, fixing pest issue, and hiring a more thorough cleaning service. The bones are good and it could be a great stay.

I've never written a negative review of a vacation rental, but I feel that I must in this situation. Our check-in started off on a bad note when we attempted to enter the home only to find that another family was already inside. We discovered that they were supposed to be staying in the cottage behind the house, and a housekeeper had let them into our rental. The beds had already been laid on, food had been unpacked, etc. I contacted the owners and asked to at least have the pet fee refunded to me; they refunded only half. The home in the pictures looked immaculate and modern. In person, it was a different case. There were roach/mice traps all over the house, and we found multiple roaches (both dead and alive) throughout our stay. Blinds were ripped; rugs were filthy and needed shampooed; there was dirt on the walls, outlets, and air vents; furniture was dirty, ripped, and or outdated; and the thermostat was preprogrammed to raise the temperature to 74 degrees at 4 am each morning.
