Très bon séjour chez Julia. L'hôte a été très réactive face à nos demandes. Le logement est très bien situé au bord du lac d'Annecy. La maison est très agréable à vivre, très bien décorée et la literie très bonne.

Lovely villa and a great location. Easy and quick communication. Perfect for a group of friends with children - plenty of parking, easy access with the entry code, quiet location close to the lake but with easy walking distance to restaurants (recommend L'Osmose du Lac). The big, open living area meant we had enough space for everyone to be together and the bedrooms over 3 floors gave everyone their own space. The children loved the bedroom downstairs with the climbing wall and play kitchen. We used the nordic bath and the instructions were clear, although it takes some time to set up. Perhaps there could be an option to have it set up in advance for a supplement? In summary, we had a lovely weekend, would definitely recommend and hope to come back in the summer months to make the most of the swimming pool!

La maison est extraordinaire, très bien entretenue. Nous nous sommes retrouvés pour une réunion familiale et tout le monde a pu trouver sa place.

Casa muito boa e agradável perto do lindo lago de Annecy. Localização privilegiada em região muito bonita. Bem iluminada e com bons equipamentos de cozinha, comportou bem minha família. Recomendo a estadia ! Dois pontos merecem registrar: -a calefação de 2 quartos não funcionou, - houve demora no retorno de nossa solicitação de reparo, mas depois providenciaram um aquecedor portátil.
