Nestled between Vernon and Lumby BC this location offers close proximity to an abundance of ATV trails, 10 mins to Kalamalka Lake and beach, 25 mins to Mable Lake, 30 mins to Silver Star mountain. For supplies it is a short 10 minute drive to Vernon, or just up the street is gas, alcohol and snacks. Beautiful and adorable you won’t believe how everything you need can fit in such a cute space ! Property includes an inground, heated pool, has amazing 50 yr old cherry and apple trees, and the creek never runs dry.
