Although there were some issues with cleanliness of the place, overall the place is good value for money. The location is right between the lake and the beach, close to the city center and there are groceries in the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay at Jurijs place :)

We stayed for 2 nights. It was comfortable, two separate rooms, great location - quiet, peaceful. From centre it was 30-40min walk. Promenade is about 10min walk. Groceries shop was close. The bathroom and toilet was over worn. Need a little fresh it up. Over all - it was a good stay.

Der Aufenthalt bei Jurijs war super! Wir waren zu dritt da. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, klare. Anweisungen für den CheckIn und - Out, schnelle Antworten und immer freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, hell, schön eingerichtet, nette Details, ein Balkon, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist super. Tram und Bus halten in der Nähe, zum Strand geht es gut zu Fuß und auf dem Weg dahin liegt ein großes Einkaufszentrum. Sehr zu empfehlen.
