This place needs a general maintenance overhaul: 1. Add smoke detectors (I don't think this is legal without them). 2. Fix Bathroom exhaust fan (doesn't work). 3. Fix Kitchen exhaust fan (doesn't work). 4. Fix railing going up to 2nd floor (not on). 5. Change light bulb out back where you enter the house (totally dark when we get there and can't see a damn thing for the lock box location and key pad code). 6. Verify fuel oil levels for the furnace prior to guest arriving (furnace went out one night and couldn't get a fuel truck there until the next morning). 7. Might want to upgrade the TV in the main room (I've never seen one this small before in a Living Room). 8. No vacuum cleaners worked in the house (we tried two of them). 9. Might want to upgrade Kitchen pots and pans. Not much to choose from when cooking. 10. Most of your guests will be hunters and fisherman, so set up a cleaning station for this. For little additional money, upgrades can be done!
