Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable walk out basement. The movie room and games were a nice extra.

Jennifer's place is a large and spacious basement apartment with two beautiful bedrooms and a large spacious bathroom. There is also a theater room, which we wish we had had time to use. It has a large screen and lots of comfortable seating for several people. It would have been great to invite the grandchildren to join us to watch a movie in there. The washer and dryer were great. We used them and they are just like the ones we have in our own home. The view of the lake and the mountains on the other side of the lake was stunning. The sunrise over the mountains is so beautiful you will want to wake up early every morning and go out on the patio to watch the sun come up over the peaks. Jennifer responded to my communications quickly, when needed and we really enjoyed our stay.

This private basement suite is the most spacious and nicest of any I’ve stayed in ! It’s a walkout basement with plenty of sunlight. It’s beautiful. I especially liked the comfortable beds and bedding. I like blankets and there were plenty of soft blankets here. The theater room is huge. We had fun with the Pac Man arcade game in the main area. If you are staying in Utah County and need to be close to Redwood Rd, this is perfect. Nice neighborhood with views of Utah Lake. Jennifer is a wonderful host and very responsive. If you need more space than a motel with a kitchen to cook and store food, this place is for you.
