Le logement était conforme à l'annonce. Cependant, il est dommage de débourser 120 euros pour disposer d'un logement sans lampe de chevet, sans petite table pour poser ses affaires, sans verre, sans bouilloire. Une chambre simple mais à ce tarif devrait comporter un minimum d'équipement utiles à un voyageur.

Bob is a fantastic host. I needed a place for two nights to attend the French Open and Bob's place was perfectly located at a reasonable price. He was warm and friendly, the room was private and had all the amenities even though it was slightly smaller. the toilet had some clogging issues but Bob addressed it right away.

Great location for French Open Tennis. 5 minute walk. Need to get good instructions on how to check-in. Very secure building. Gate locked, building locked, inside doors locked. Someone let me in gate but could not get inside building to ring buzzer. This place was great for me to sleep and shower. There is no refrigerator. So no food storage. Two things to consider. 1. Two spiral staircases to room. Very narrow. Host had to carry my bag. 2. High step into and out of shower. If you cannot do stairs or high step-up, might not be the place for you. A little difficult for me but location was worth it. My trip was to watch tennis and only 5 minutes walk from gate 12. Host was responsive and gave good instructions on directions via RER B and metro. Shops and restaurants nearby on Jean Jaurès. Restaurants on other streets as well. Very safe area to walk to and from. Metro about 10 minute walk. Easy access to and from Paris center, but steps to metro. Steps all over Paris metro!

Honteux accompagné d’un manque de respect. Bob ne m’a jamais reçu, en effet après lui avoir laissé plusieurs messages et appel concernant mon arrivé, je suis resté 2 heures devant l’adresse indiquée en espérant que celui ci ai du retard mais il n’a jamais répondu. Seul mes 110€ ont bien était débité ( merci aux assistants Airbnb de leur rapidité et de leur professionnalisme concernant le problème qui ont pu me rembourser très rapidement) Pas besoin de rajouter qu’il est inutile de réserver la chambre sauf pour perdre de l’argent et du temps.
