Located in the historic center of Gallipoli, 5 minutes walking from the seafront, Dimora delle Terrazze is a beautifully renovated flat inside a noble palace, with two equipped panoramic terraces overlooking the sea. Its wide and bright rooms, with high arched ceilings and colored antique floors, are furnished with design furnitures and local antique pieces. It has a master bedroom, a living room area with a double wooden daybed, two bathrooms, a kitchen and an outdoor luxurious shower. The house just underwent a renovation that carefully restored all the antique features: the ancient floors, the extra high ceilings and the doors from the original palace, bringing them back to life. The rooms are wide and bright, with A/C in every room. We personally designed and built the wooden daybed in the living area: it easily becomes a comfortable double bed just pulling out the bed base, and grants extra comfort and stability. The house has two wide terraces, one at the first floor, accessible from the kitchen, and one on the rooftop. Both terraces have a dining area, and the rooftop has a small kitchenette too. From above you can enjoy a stunning 360 ° view over the sea, the old town roofs and the Cathedral. On the first terrace you’ll find also a huge private shower room for an exclusive lounging experience.

La nostra esperienza presso l’appartamento di Ludovica a Gallipoli è stata semplicemente sublime. Dall'attimo in cui abbiamo varcato la soglia, siamo stati avvolti da un'atmosfera di eleganza e confort, evidenziata da un arredamento scelto con estremo gusto. Ogni dettaglio dell'appartamento sembra essere stato curato con attenzione, creando un ambiente accogliente e raffinato. Ciò che veramente distingue questo luogo è anche la terrazza con vista sul mare. La terrazza è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi, assaporare un buon libro, o semplicemente ammirare la bellezza del mare di Gallipoli. L'host ha giocato un ruolo fondamentale nel rendere il nostro soggiorno impeccabile. È stato sempre pronto a fornirci consigli preziosi sui migliori ristoranti e luoghi da visitare, garantendo che la nostra esperienza fosse autentica e memorabile. Un angolo di paradiso a Gallipoli. Ludovica’s place was a dream. We loved it from the start and it was an amazing end of our Apulia vacation. Ludovica welcomed us and showed us around she also send us a gorgeous guide where we had everything we needed. We felt at home immediately thanks to Ludovica. The palazzo itself well I felt in love immediately it was the most beautiful place I’ve seen and so perfectly designed. I couldn’t get enough from the lovely interiors. We had two terraces we ate our breakfast on one and had wonderful sunsets on the other. The view was amazing and we loved to be in the middle of the town with all its small shops and local businesses and restaurants. It was super clean inside and the apartment was good equipped- I loved the beautiful plates and all the small details. Everything Ludovica recommended was perfect- the foods the beaches and the shops were top. We were so sad when we had to leave. And we are grateful for the stay and Ludovica home. We hope to come back soon.

We used the terrace to dine most evenings and we felt we were at a restaurant! 3. Communication from the host exceptional, truly brilliant. 4. The property was super clean and well stocked with all the kitchen essentials. 5. If you can stay here - do - not hesitate. Book this property, it's a gem!

The house is located right in the heart of the historic old town of Gallipoli, 5 minutes walking from the seafront and from the beautiful Spiaggia della Purità, the local beach. The historic town is connected to the new town by a bridge, so it feels like a small island surrounded almost entirely by the sea.
Gallipoli is the queen of Salento, the southern part of Puglia, where the most idyllic beaches are located. It’s also an area full of stunning historic towns, such as Lecce, Nardò, Galatina and Otranto. We recommend to rent a car as it’s very easy to drive around, but there are also shuttles that connect the center of Gallipoli to some of the main beaches and public transport for the main cities.
We recommend to park the car at the Port of Gallipoli, where there's a big parking lot and which is just a few minutes walking from the house.
