The apartment was great, nice view from the balcony, parking was easy to find. Emma was really responsive with any queries and made the stay really comfortable.

The most worse experience we ever had with air BnB , this person rented us a unit at level 7 with a broken window directly to the street, that’s been broken for 6 months, and we had 3 toddlers, if any of them touched the window would have felt down to the street from level 7 !!! She covered it with the curtains , and she said we know it’s broken we wait for management to fix it , but she still rented the unit to us and she new we had little kids ,!!! We arrived at 3 AM in the morning after 10 hour driving with 3 toddlers trying to check in, she was unclear not helpful and rude and disrespectful we spend another hour on the phone trying to get in but she couldn’t guide us how to go in , at the end screaming and yelling and hanging the phone off, I will take this matter further to the authorities she put us in danger our kids in danger, and she discriminated us , The most worst host i’ve ever seen ,

The stay was fine. But the owner will try to charge you for damages you didn’t cause. Also window in lounge close to floor was shattered, not the best thing as house is on 7th floor and is unsafe for young children

Everything was very clean and as in the photos the location was a little far from the city center a little more than it would seem on the map and as for the apartment everything very except the lack of salt and pepper and sponge to clean the dishes that in my opinion are essential, the attention they give you is excellent they take very little time to respond. Im satisfied with my visit
