The home was beautiful with comfortable furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. The only issues were that the water heater ran out of hot water after only two showers that were taken two hours apart and there weren’t any window treatments making it awkward in the evening.

Had a really nice stay at this house for the second time. Close to Downtown Harbor Springs. Great wineries nearby.

The house was very nice to stay in. Plenty of space and good amenities. Neighborhood was very peaceful and beautiful surroundings.

Unresponsive host, couldn’t get in due to lock issues, when we finally did get ahold of the host she said the lock is a known issue that the owner won’t fix. This apparently is a reoccurring issue for guests. Check in was not until 4 pm and we didn’t get in until 7:30 pm. I spent 3 hours going back and forth to the house trying to get in and finally the host unlocked the home after having me continue to try on my own. The host job is to assist with check in but didn’t want to be bothered. It wasn’t until the property management and Airbnb got involved that the host responded. Again trying to have me solve the problem. Then the host hung up on me when I asked how long until they would arrive. There was hair in the bed. Ticks all over the bed/bath in the lower level. The washer had a sign out of order. The post does not advertise the washer not working. I paid WAY too much for this place and the issues I had.

House was excellent. Lots of room. The downstairs level and bedroom gets quite cool. They do have a heater to use in it. One strange thing is there are no blinds or curtains on any of the windows. Kids said the outside lights were bright at night in the downstairs bedroom.
