The property is a well appointed, terraced house in immaculate condition, one of a number of newish developments in Rustington close to the coast . There were five of us (adults) on a Christmas break and there was plenty of space to gather in the living/dining area , or hide away in the very comfortable bedrooms. The stairs are quite steep so may not suit everyone. The beach is a couple of stone-throws away with easy walking tracks to nearby coastal towns. Shops are a 10 minute walk away, or a three minute drive. We had a great time; it was just the job!

Great place for families with little kids. The house is great and is near all amenities. Would highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay so much so we extended. Julie’s home is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you could possibly want or need. I had just the best nights sleep! Location ideal, local shops great and so close to the beach. We loved being in the sea right up to sunset! Can’t wait to go back and would even consider a permanent move to the area! A solid 5 stars from me x
