i rented this property mainly for the fishing dock, i was hoping me and my family would fish all night and if the weather permitted we'd even possibly swim. the first night we tried to turn on the lights on the fishing dock and only one light was working. i was able to get a hold of someone who said they would send someone in the morning to fix the light. no one showed up the entier next day. i tried to call but now they would not answer. i sent a text and no response. not till we were packing up to leave did i get a text with an apology . now for the pool .... this home suffered severe damage from a hurricane. zillow has the proof if you look up 505 ocean drive. Rockport TX. so as i was saying the pools surrounding pavers are very damaged to the point where you almost can't be barefoot. especially small kids, they could cut their feet. the pool itself was filthy . and needed resurfacing. the house itself although looks great is in very bad shape. do not rent

Beautiful home and location. We had a great family vacation and start to the summer. The kids loved swimming and fishing off of the docks. There is a great porch upstairs in the shade with plenty of seating and a lot of seating downstairs around the pool. A couple of things could use some work, the grill does not work, the sink in the downstairs bathroom had a leak so we couldn’t use it, but Lauren was responsive and offered to pay for any items ruined due to the leak. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely go back.

House is just beautiful, and the view of the ocean is to die for. Had a relaxing vibe that made it feel like home.
