The communication was great. The location is good…near the active parts of Casa Grande. It was dog friendly so we really appreciated that. A big negative was the apartment complex management. The airbnb rules stated clearly “no smoking” in any areas, and you must pick up after your dog. There was dog poop everywhere…almost no one picked up after their pets. The people next door smoked cigarettes constantly during the day, and the tenants below us never stopped smoking weed. Not being able to check in until 4:00 and having to check out by 10:00 in the morning was also a negative. If you have a cargo rack with anything on top of it you won’t have parking. There are only two spots in the entire complex that are not covered by a low roof. Other than that it was quiet and well located.

The airbnb was fine overall. Pros & Cons: Pros: - Bedroom stayed very dark in the morning, which was great for sleeping in - Good shower pressure - I appreciated the new clean sponge, dish soap and well stocked kitchen Cons: - Furniture was mostly uncomfortable - Pool was very cold
