Had a wonderful stay. Keuka and Doug were both very kind and pleasant to interact with but also had plenty of space and independence. The apartment was clean and spacious, and filled with some super interesting art! Easy walk to fishtown/northern liberties and market Frankford line 5 min walk away to get to center city easy! Tons of street parking was always available for those with a vehicle.

I stayed at Doug and Kukuli’s for nearly 5 months while I was Philadelphia for work. It felt like home almost immediately; Kukuli was there to meet me when I arrived, saw me settled and brought me a bowl of soup for dinner. They were nothing but kind and communicative the entire time I stayed, and the apartment itself was perfect for me and my dog. I loved the art and all the handmade ceramics (Kukuli and Doug are both artists, and that is reflected in the energy of the place). The neighbors were also extremely friendly, and the park and nearby coffee shop were perfect for a morning walk. I fell in love with Fishtown during my stay, and was sad to say goodbye. This apartment is perfect if you’re traveling with a dog and need a place that is close to local parks and dog parks!

A lovely apartment and lovely people who run it! Kukuli and Doug are very kind, helpful, and communicative hosts. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay, along with lots of beautiful art. The location is great—a short subway or car ride from downtown and a short walk to Fishtown. The apt building is also right on a nice little park and parking was super easy. Would highly recommend this place!!

Walking distance to fishtown, always parking on street (free), and quiet street! Hosts always available via text for questions or concerns. Literally left my coffee maker on one day and they were able to go in and turn it off for me. I love natural light and this apartment had an abundance of that. Beautiful art on the walls made this feel like home for my month long stay.

This neat, nicely decorated apartment was fully equipped with everything one might need for a long stay, from shampoo to a minimal pantry. I stayed for 3 months and thoroughly enjoyed my time! The bedroom, which gets a lot of sunlight, is wonderful to sit and read in. I found the neighborhood quiet and charming, with restaurants in walkable proximity (great Puerto Rican food especially). Parking is always available on the street but public transportation is walkable as well. Kukuli and Doug are great hosts, very attentive, gracious, and responsive to any questions or concerns.
