The plushy staff was very friendly and responded to messages very quickly. We had issues with the AC that we never got under control with the 3 back bedrooms the inter week we were there. Not sure if someone was controlling the AC but most definitely need to do a better job with allowing the customers to control the AC especially in the summer when it’s 90 plus outside. Other than that the property was ok. The gate is a little of an issue having to open and close every-time which caused us to loose the key. Not sure how that happened. Maybe coming up with a keypad for the gate or a remote would be a good suggestion. Getting out the car in the 90 degree weather was a lot. Over all of you planning to be in Houston for a week it most definitely is a nice post spot and it was very clean! I would stay again if the above things are not an issue!

Plushy was responsive. The rooms were clean and every room had a tv. Big patio in the back. Just had a very bad smell and the pictures did not match the inside. Overall though 3.8/5

Check in was hard to get into but once we got in the house it was beautiful and very clean but I would say you are 15min-40minutes away from everything
