Second time we've stayed ay Susie's place. We are IN LOVE with this rental for our little growing family. This is THE PERFECT PLACE in our opinion because she has truly thought of everything, doesn't cut corners on items you need for a weeks stay, ams it's CLEAN! The comfort of everything in the home, the amenities, the pool, the nice oversized showers, WONDERFUL BEDS & LINENS!!! My husband (he's Papaw & I'm Mimi in our group) was googling the beds & linens before we left bc he didn't wake up hot! It's always the attention to detail that separates these rentals from the rest. Just sayin! Thanks again Susie!

My family rented the Key Allegro cottage for my son’s wedding. Susie really made us felt welcomed, and our entire group was highly impressed by the organization of the place, the and amenities offered (e.g., paddle boards, life jackets, private pool, etc.) we really couldn’t have asked for a better place. She was very responsive throughout our stay and even provided recommendations for local spots. I love the informational binder she has prepared for her guests, it definitely saved us from having to message her with any questions. We will definitely be back to visit the cottage for a future stay.

My only complaint about this rental is that Susie needs to take better pictures! They did not do it justice. The entire place was so cozy and comfy. She didn’t miss a beat with the decor. On top of that, she has a full packet of information with recommendations and everything you need for the house. She’s thought of everything for a bay weekend. Our family loved it! Wonderful! Wonderful! Will definitely return.

We have stay many places over the years and this is by far the best. I am not sure that going forward we would stay anywhere else. Susie thought of everything. It was amazing. She even thought enough to leave a hand written note. Amazing place and fantastic host!

Susie's place was great and just as described. Beautifully appointed and very well equipped. Everything needed for meal preparation and clean-up was provided. Great shaded outside seating and dinning areas both upstairs and downstairs. Very nice canal views from upstairs and downstairs. Kayaks and paddle boards with ample life preservers were provided. A variety of floats were provided for the pool. Susie was unquestionably a super host. The host guidebook was thorough and useful. She responded quickly and meaningfully to all of our inquiries. She was a real pleasure to work with.
