Unfortunately due to circumstances we did not get to meet Ada in person but there was excellent communication with her via e mails. The house does not have an address but we were able to find it easily from the photos Ada sent us as directions. The property has lovely views and the gardens and outside areas are a bonus. Ada is a good host and left us juice, water and beer in the fridge.and also some soap a friend of hers had made. The house was well equipped and comfortable with some interesting items. One minor disadvantage was that it was about a 30 minute walk to the restaurants but we knew that before booking and needed the exercise. It is however uphill on the way back. We would definitely stay here again if in Gythio.

Ada is an exceptional host with a lovely home. Having been familiar with Gytheio since I was a child it is by far the best I’ve seen in town with an unmatched view. My family and I were right at home during our stay and it served as the perfect hub to explore Mani/Laconia. Her local recommendations were extremely helpful and she was very generous with us. The outdoor shower is a godsend after spending time at the beach. We hope to return soon and spend another stint here in the future. Made for a very memorable final leg of our trip.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Avra. La situation est idéale pour visiter le Magne. Avra est très attentionnée et réactive. Elle nous avait mis à disposition tout ce qu’il faut pour les petits déjeuners, café, pain , miel,œufs… L’environnement est calme, la maison spacieuse et lumineuse. Les informations pour notre arrivée étaient claires, la maison propre et très bien équipée. La vue est magnifique, aussi bien depuis la terrasse du salon que depuis les 2 chambres. Pour se rendre à Gythio, mieux vaut prendre la voiture, c’est d’ailleurs ce que nous a conseillé Avra. Nous pouvons recommander cette adresse où nous retournerions sans hésitation. Superbe villa moderne, vue magnifique par tous les temps, depuis l’intérieur ou la terrasse, décoration personnalisée par notre hôte, et très beau jardin. Ada est chaleureuse et enthousiaste, c’est un plaisir de la rencontrer ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la découverte du Magne, tout en profitant du confort de la maison.
